What my clients say…

  • Thanks so much for all you amazing help and such enjoyable classes. I have had some good teachers over the years but you are by far the best. So intuitive, you pick up on all the important things, miss nothing, and give feedback in such a constructive and positive manner. Plus you are just plain lovely. I will miss you a lot. Best wishes and good luck in Leeds.

  • I have been going to gayner’s classes for over 4 years after back problems resulting in me not being able to walk! Gaynor’s exercises have helped enormously and over the years I have become stronger and more confident.

She is patient, attentive to any problems you may have and full of enthusiasm for Pilates.

Everyone should try it - it strengthens up your core muscles so you are less likely to suffer from back problems. I shall miss your classes and you - you are always so friendly and cheerful.

Good luck for the future in Otley.

  • I am so pleased that I found Gaynor. She is a brilliant, intuitive and empathetic teacher, with a deep understanding of bodywork in general and the needs of her students in particular. Her love of pilates and her willingness to explore new approaches comes over in her teaching and makes her classes interesting and varied. Even after twelve years, I never felt bored, or found myself wondering whether I had learnt enough. Had she not gone away, I suspect I would have continued taking her classes for the duration. Bristol's loss is Leeds' gain. Should you wish to know more, I would be happy to answer further direct questions about her teaching. Just contact me through my work email.
