Matclasses

Pilates gives you an awareness of the whole body allowing you to strengthen, stretch and restore balance.

There are a maximum of 12 people in each matclass to ensure personal attention. Options will be given during the exercises to allow for different levels or injuries. Small props my be used in the class, bands or Pilates overball, which can assist you as you move or add more challenge.

Some of the matclasses are also on zoom which has proved to be popular, with the option to buy a recording if you can’t make a class or would like to repeat it.
